Stayed here last night on a last minute booking. Was given the twin room on the top floor. It wasn't a huge room but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Had a cpl of drinks in the bar in the evening - very friendly staff and the accordian sing a long was great fun!! Continental buffet breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back next time we are in this region as it is perfectly situated for touring.

We arrived yesterday having mixed up our booking dates (all my fault!) but the staff were amazingly understanding and it was sorted within minutes and we in our room. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will definitely come back again. Yes, the hotel is a little tired in places but it is clean and comfortable with all the basics plus they offer a wide breakfast selection to set you up for rhe day! The hotel is i a perfect position to explore the city and surrounding areas - I really can't rate this place highly enough!
